Welcome to our Terms of Service agreement! This document exists to protect both you and us. By using our services, you agree to our Terms of Service agreement. We have simplified it as far as we can, please read through the entire document carefully.
Eligibility & Registration
By registering with your information, you are guaranteeing the services offered are solely for your use and not a third party – and that all of the information is accurate. Make sure to keep all of your account information updated! We have rights to check your information or ask for any kinds of verification. False identification or verification failure may cause service termination of your account without any refunds.
As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms of Service. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the Services and the activity of any sub-user that uses your access code or Account. You may use our services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including laws and regulations in both your native country and datacenter located country. We have rights to suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
The following is a non-exhaustive list and general guideline of prohibited uses, failing to comply with our AUP(Acceptable Use Policy) may result in your service being suspended and/or your account being terminated without you receiving any refunds.

- Hacker Contents
- Spamming (STRICTLY PROHIBITED)
- Scamming Contents
- Violation of the Copyrights, Trademarks, Patents or Trade Secrets
- Gambling Contents
- IP Spoofing
- Nested Virtualization
- CPU-intensive Mining Applications
- Torrent or Peer-to-Peer Downloading or Uploading
- Sending Outbound Attacks
- Port Scanning
Billing & Cancellation
To provide all customers with advance notice, all payment invoices are generated 14 days before payment is due, and notification sent to the e-mail address on file. Failure to pay by the due date will result in interruption of service, and eventually account termination. If you exceed 3 days past your service invoice due date and failed to make any payments, the respective service will be permanently terminated and your data will be deleted.
We are constantly changing and improving our services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a service altogether.
You can stop using our services at any time by requesting a cancellation in our client area. We may also stop providing services to you, or add or create new limits to our services at any time.
We provide new accounts with a 24-hours money back guarantee on all services. To request for a refund, you have to open a ticket.
Limitation of Liability
All of services we provided are unmanaged. We do not offer any kinds of technical support.
As unmanaged service, we are not responsible for data loss, time lost, income or any other resource due to faulty backups or non-existent backups. While our servers run enterprise level hardware and we take every measure of redundancy possible, it is the clients's responsibility to ensure offsite backups.
We are not responsible for data loss or inaccessible due to your operation, natural disasters, wars or other unusual social phenomena.
We reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion, regardless of whether he/she is using services from us.
About our TOS
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We'll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We'll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.
If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict.
These terms control the relationship between BoltCloud and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
If you do not comply with these terms, and we don't take action right away, this doesn't mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
